The University of Manitoba, Winnipeg, Canada, has appointed Kelley Fitzpatrick to the position of marketing and research development manager for its Centre for Functional Foods and Nutraceuticals. Ms. Fitzpatrick was previously president of the Saskatchewan Nutraceutical Network.
